How do I get started?
Therapy focuses on healing past trauma, managing mental health issues, and improving emotional well-being. Coaching is about helping you achieve personal or professional goals by identifying strengths, setting clear goals, and holding you accountable. Mentoring provides guidance and advice based on the mentor’s experience to support your personal or career development.
If you’re struggling with emotional or mental health challenges, therapy might be the best option. If you're looking to achieve specific goals or improve areas like confidence or career progression, coaching can help. Mentoring is ideal if you seek long-term guidance and personal or professional development from someone with experience in your area of interest.
In your first session, we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions about the process. We’ll work together to create a personalized plan to support your growth and healing.
Therapy, coaching, and mentoring sessions typically last 50-60 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your goals and needs. For therapy, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are common. Coaching and mentoring may vary based on your progress, but regular sessions are encouraged for the best results.
Our approach is client-centered, meaning that we tailor our methods to fit your unique needs and preferences. We integrate evidence-based techniques for therapy, while coaching and mentoring sessions focus on empowerment, goal-setting, and practical strategies to help you succeed.
Yes! You can transition between services based on your needs. If you start with therapy but later feel coaching or mentoring would be more beneficial, we can adapt your plan. We’ll always discuss any changes with you and ensure your new plan aligns with your goals.
